Class Timetable

Enjoy our Zumba and/or Zumba Gold classes for £8 per class. 


Zumba is a latin-inspired dance class including various styles of dance such as Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Mambo and a range of others along with some fun international music. It is for all ages and abilities. It’s a great fun workout, you meet like-minded women and you burn loads of calories without even realising!

 

Zumba Gold is an easy to follow, lower intensity version of Zumba, aimed at those getting back into exercise and for active mature ladies. So if you enjoy exercising and are looking for something less intense, then this is the class for you!

Zumba Gold helps to improve balance, range of motion, flexibility, mobility and coordination whilst burning loads of calories, keeping fit and having fun! It is a Latin based aerobics dance class including Flamenco, Calypso, Bollywood, Salsa and a range of other dance styles along with some fun 80’s, ABBA and international music. It is just as fun, just not as fast!

Personal training helps you pursue and maintain a healthy lifestyle. We want to give you the tools you need to learn about the many ways to engage in physical exercise. We have our own equipment and come to you at your home at a time and place where you feel comfortable.

Mission:FIIT offers:

  • 1-2-1 PT sessions - £30 a session

  • 1-2-2 PT sessions, bring a friend along for £40 a session

  • Online sessions - if you're not local don't worry!

Options:

  •  8 week programme

  • 12 week programme

  • Mission:Mega FIIT ongoing programme

In these options you'll get:

  • A free consultation

  •  A tailored programme that will change as you achieve your goals.

  • You'll receive weekly check-ins with a fact or recipe

  • You'll get a certificate and toolkit once completed so you can continue your fitness journey on your own.

  • We will also take measurements/photos and do a mini fitness test at the beginning and end to see your progress.
